To actively participate in the Ministry of Singing, one must attend rehearsal and services consistently.  We cannot effectively minister when we are not prepared.  Please fill out the form below, supplying the necessary information.  All absences must be reported in advance when aware and at least two weeks from the time of absence.   Members are allowed to miss one rehearsal per quarter.  (Jan-March / April-June / July-September / October-December).  A meeting will be scheduled when consistent absences or late to events/services occur.

 3.) after 15 minutes you are considered tardy – three tardies equals one missed rehearsal – including Sunday morning
